As the Marketing & Sales Manager I have responsibility for the stability of growth within the business and supplying all of our core system management/ implementations with my tech background.As a Marketing Mgr I run a small marketing team, working hard to optimise our growth and establish multiple strong revenue streams on both a B2C and B2B basis. I put into place tactics and actions to meet our fiscal marketing and business goals. Solid project mgmt. enables many large scale projects to assist both growth in revenue and positioning within the interior design and lighting industry using key data analytics to drive decisions.As a Sales Mgr I establish reliable comms with our trade clients. Turning leads into converting B2B customers. With the launch of our trade program our B2B success has increased year on year, attracting large scale commercial projects.As our e-com /sys mgr I maintain our e-commerce platforms, working both on the front and back end. Implementing both UI & UX on our customer facing services along with graphic design & web design. I do have a unique position at Spark & Bell as our lead on tech. I jump outside of the Marketing/ Sales workflow to develop some of the most important systems for business success such as:Stock tracking & forecasting automation on 3k+ SKU’s with detailed BOM’s on 3 e-com channels. Tracking part usage through our manufacturing to maintain demand. Implementation in inventory forecasting has reduced spend, and kept our hero products maintaining high production levels.Customer service overhaul. Improving outdated email comms and implementing a ticket based auto assignment system to allow multiple agent collab, provide customers with easier access to a knowledge base and reduce our time of first response and resolution. Overall my role is both rewarding in complexity and challenging in constant adapting to growing business tensions.
