Landscape - Remove old sections of garden replace the base with new soil. Lay felt paper to protect the gardens from upcoming roots. Plant the new plants.Hardscaping - Remove old structure if one is present. Re-surface area so that water may drain properly. Apply variations of different rocks such as gravel, 2A and limestone. Assure the slope is still correct so that the water will drain and not pool on the surface. Lay new block for the surface. Equipment - Variations of saws, hand tools and some small equipment.

Maintenance - Work throughout areas of the refinery during their shutdown periods. Clean the inside of the holding tanks, so that new liquids can be inserted into the tank. Repaint tanks so that they meet the required standard. Remove and replace insulation around pipelines throughout the refinery. Stock Room - Take inventory of everything within the stock room and the stock warehouses (2). Reorganize the parts that are already in the stock room as well as the new incoming parts. Distribute parts to their correct unit. Know how to operate the database that maintains the stock rooms inventory to print reports. Equipment - Forklift, Skid-steer and Aerial Platform. Software - FTMaintenance
