Much the same as the Library Assistant role below, but with additional responsibilities including, but not limited to, digitisation of stock cards and older physical documents, creation and management of excel sophisticated spreadsheets for library services, tracking KPIs and whatever else is necessitated by the team requests.In this role, I also continue to assist Start Up Bromley with external help in social media management, on-site service enquiries, and events, amongst other things.

Start Up Bromley is about building a thriving local business community, focusing on established Bromley businesses helping new and emerging companies in the borough.With my work in the role, my duties were to manage the social media, conduct routine administration, and advertise both the service, and the clients it supports.

(LBB Jan 2015- Nov 2017, GLL Nov 2017- Apr 2022) Duties at the LBB/GLL libraries go beyond the stereotypical categorisation of books.In the 7 years i've worked for the libraries, I've tailored my duties towards my career in Motion Graphic Design. I've picked up duties such as providing content to upload to the public facebook page, editing videos for advertisement purposes, helping customers create their own creative designs, and creating "What's on" leaflets on a regular basis to help advertise the events in the library.As a basis, a librarian is expected to process many applicatory requests, which include fast-paced entry of customer information into databases and general knowledge requests for specific stock and non-library information. Non-library information often has me needing to explore online sources quickly and effectively in order to fulfil customer requests as soon as possible. This position has allowed me to gain a multitude of different skills, amongst of which include customer service (in person, online and over the phone), childcare, first aid and advanced technological issues and the ability to effectively categorise a large quantities of stock quickly & effectively.

From the ending of my work with SPOV & Created, I've been working with clients on many diverse projects, from Auschwitz documentary openings, to future technology's application in wedding recording and more.This is an on-going role, which I fit into my weeks simultaneously with my other sources of employment (see Bromley Libraries and Smith & Williamson, as of September 2019).These projects have required a diverse skillset in AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote, which I'm proud to say that I apply with the utmost care and vindication. These past few months have also continued to teach me how to handle clientary requests in order to best suit the client's wishes.

Smith & Williamson is a well-known financial service that required me to reformat over 1200 individual pages of key client data and supplementary assets. This required a general standard to be followed, with many exceptions requiring creative solutions to be solved based on dependencies of the client.

During the Summer, I experienced a practice activity with Created, helping compound my knowledge of University and widening my understanding of the industry as a whole. This month-long test course was an example of what Created would be able to offer to the public, and I was happy to help with feedback and design work.It put me in contact with many important individuals in the industry, amongst of which, Laurence Honderick- the current head of BBC creative.

Following graduation, SPOV chose me to assist on Sony's VR title 'Blood and Truth', which went on to be known as "one of the best VR experiences on Sony’s platform to date".My responsibility in this position was to create the portrait assets for weapons menus and character select screens, to which I was given a lot of artistic liberty. Much of my time was also spent in asset management, exporting these assets to my supervisor, who would integrate them into the developers product.
