Tree Service Groundsman
Current* Preps the job site for safe and efficient work* Safely and efficiently runs ground while on different tree crews: climbing, bucket, and crane crews* Comfortably processes trees utilizing different chippers* Skillfully prunes trees from ground and with climbing* Comfortably fells trees from ground* Manages debris* Proficiency in backing up trailers* Safely operates and drives non-CDL vehicles* Sharpens saw blades* Competent and confidently runs rigging* Actively training climber, utilizing DRT and personal equipment* Identifies most trees commonly associated with arbor work in NH region* Volunteers and participates in all storm work and emergency trees (Nighttime crane work, emergency storm damage etc.)* Ties most knots for groundwork and aerial activity* Maintains a high work-ethic* Consistently on time or early to work
