I am an independent business owner through The American Way Corp. (Amway) in association with World Wide Dream Builders. 10% of what I do involves selling product in the e-commerce arena, the other 90% is helping families obtain financial freedom by opening the doors to a supply company and a support system that is dedicated to their success along with access to mentors and coaches who's only focus is teaching these families what they need to know to accomplish their dreams and goals.

As a shift lead I am in charge of managing the operations of my shift. Directing the jobs each employee is to do, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining paperwork (i.e. sales statistics, product supply, etc.).

Stocking shelves, organizing displays, customer service, making keys, cutting meat, and cleaning meat department equipment.
