Here are some notable accomplishments: - Facilitated the promotion of three Assistant Managers to Store Managers. - Successfully guided two team members to become Assistant Managers in different local markets. - Provided mentorship to external managers. - Organized Santa Barbara hiring fairs to ensure staffing levels were maintained in a challenging locale. - Conducted interviews for potential center manager candidates for District Manager positions. - Effectively onboarded, coached, and developed external Assistant Managers.

As the Center Manager I was responsible for managing the overall operations of a multi-unit center, including supervision of team members and the administration of center sales performance, profitability, purchasing, strategic alignment and customer experience objectives.

As the Department Supervisor I trained, coached and developed associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service, drive sales, profitability, and inventory controls. In addition I provided valuable input in to merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team, Freight Team Associates and Inventory Management Associates.
