Ensuring all raised jobs are completed within expected timeframes, assisting with the installation and maintenance of fire doors and fire compartmentation. Completing fire risk reviews and fire risk assessments on housing stock, raising appropriate jobs to be action by the fire team. Completing inspections after works have been completed to ensure that they meet regulatory requirements as well as ensuring that tenants are happy with the work that has been completed. Investigating stage 1 complaints raised within the appropriate time frame. Assisting with other teams where necessary to ensure works are completed on time. Completing out of hours rota weeks, which include multiple trade skills. Other ad hoc duties during the working day including: checking conditions of vans within the team, completing health and safety assessments every month, ordering materials, checking equipment condition.
