Nathaniel R. Walker, Environmental Scientist – Mr. Walker has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a Fisheries concentration from Mansfield University and has over 13 years of experience as an environmental consultant. Mr. Walker has taken numerous courses in local flora identification, wetland delineation, and stream and lake management practices. During his employment with RETTEW, Mr. Walker has coordinated clearances for threatened and endangered species, completed Joint Permit and General Permit Applications for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and has extensive experience in delineating wetlands utilizing the USACE Wetlands Delineation Manual and the Interim Regional Supplements to the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Eastern Mountains and Piedmont Region and the Northcentral and Northeast Region. He is also experienced in wetland and stream mitigation monitoring, stream restoration design, and phase managing environmental projects.
