I have worked in an education setting for 8 years as a substitute teacher, social studies teacher, and as a special education paraprofessional. Through my years of working in education I have acquired and developed several skills and attributes. I have become highly proficient in problem solving. I am a quick learner. Collaborating with other employees to ensure the success of programs. Providing customer service in support to students with a variety of needs, including troubleshooting technology issues to keep students engaged in completing their learning activities. Working in education has required me to have continual growth and learning while being adaptive to new challenges that arise throughout the day. After 8 years of working in education, I am looking for a new challenge and career field within information technology. I currently have completed my Google IT Support certification and plan to work on and complete my CompTIA A+ certification within a year.
