Responsible for timeframe analysis for defaulted loans and documenting any type of loss mitigation delays.

Duties include reviewing full transcripts of license appeal hearings held by the Michigan Secretary of State/Driver Assessment and Appeals Division; Creating defense arguments to be used in preparing appeal petitions for filing with the Lapeer County Circuit Court• Other duties include attending court appearances with Attorney Farrell and clients and attending conferences between Attorney Farrell and the Lapeer County Prosecutor for case settlements and plea agreements• Website content management to maximize user experience• Support staff for the paralegal and bookkeeper• Coordinate the file retention project which consists of scanning and indexing closed case records of the law office
