I created Flowers and Flowers to address the growing need for eco-certified backyard habitats in urban landscapes. As the company's founder I worked to develop operational systems, advance marketing campaigns, and create pipelines for client on boarding. I developed relationships with 3rd party vendors, and certification associations to sell full service.

As Field Operations Manager of the Common Good Project, I directed my team to address the root causes of poverty and hunger within the unhoused community. Since its inception in 2021, the CGP has grown under my management to include our ‘Clean The Streets’ program which employs crews of 15 unhoused community members to clean over 100,000 pounds of trash.
