 Provide overall supervision to assure that receiving /shipping goals; to include inventory accuracy, perfect order percentage, case fill percentage, productivity, and on-time dispatch. Ensure employees are taking their schedule breaks and lunches, and finishing their shift on time; addressing performance issues timely. Train hourly employees on Department and Company policies such as GMP’s, proper picking procedures, and filling out required documentation correctly. Monitor and maintain proper rotation of raw and finished goods and placement of aged product.  Maintain a safe work environment by training personnel on safety issues, completing safety accident and/or incident reports timely and recognizing and correcting unsafe conditions or acts.  Insure accurate and timely picking and loading of customers orders by coordinating efforts between dispatchers, selectors, drivers, and carriers. Establish readytime communications between the scheduling department and shipping dispatch. Project Manager- Warehouse Optimization Project. Program designed to work effectively for productivity and process optimization.  Improve employee satisfaction, increase productivity, reduce turnover, and improve customer satisfaction. Promoted team environment with both management and associates.

Instructor and Writer for the preeminent, internationally renowned Sergeants Major Academy. Counseled and mentored future U.S. and International Armed Forces Sergeant Majors. Annually provided expert instruction for 350+ foreign and U.S. senior noncommissioned officers.

Division G4 Supply Sergeant Major. Directed, planned, advised, coordinated, and monitored the receipt, storage, and issuance of all categories of equipment and supply. Trained and mentored subordinate logistics managers, set up supply sites, and provided on-site assistance to save money, eliminate wasteful processes, and improve readiness.

Spearheaded, guided, and managed the Battalion S3 Operations during garrison and combat operations. Oversaw and guided strategic planning of logistics, coordination of training ranges, and scheduling of development classes for all battalion personnel. .

Installation Sergeant Major responsible for oversight of Soldiers, Airmen and family member issues assigned to Camp Darby. Special emphasis on training and quality of life of the community, barracks renovation, installation repair projects, and community functions.
