I apply my knowledge and skills to manage the accounting and financing of over 25 properties for Monument, a leading real estate development and investment company.In my current role as an Asset Manager, I am responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports for Monument and its investors. I also coordinate and oversee the property audits, tax filings, loan compliance, and cash management. I work with a team of dedicated and talented professionals who share the same vision and values of creating value, quality, and sustainability in the real estate market.
