Responsibilities and achievements are the following: -1. Effectively enhanced the company's social media presence via Facebook andInstagram. Attained a number of successes on a limited budget, these included:• Exponentially increased the company's online presence.• Grew Facebook following from 4,900 to upwards of 25,000 fans, andintroduced the company to Instagram which has presently garnered over 1,000followers in a 12-month window.• Played a key role in designing viral ads, one ad in particular reaching over250,000 persons. This ad directly helped the company during the Carnivalweekend as we were able to attain profits exceeding $100,000.• Experienced some of our most profitable periods, most notably over the EasterWeekend where the company booked over 1,000 customers t0 the island,valuing profits exceeding $400,000.• Continued the trend of increased sales during slower periods as on any givenweek day and weekend, many of our hotel rooms, villas and studio apartmentswere booked, this estimating sales figures over $25,000 weekly. This is a far cryfrom previous years as there was not a high volume of customers visiting theresort.2. Create and launch new products and brands associated with Gasparee IslandVacation Resort:• Played a part in launching the resort’s restaurant.3. Interfaced and coordinated with customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure therewas high customer satisfaction and subsequent customer retention.4. Strategically spearheaded newspaper and digital ads for the company, as well asdesigned billboards located across the country.

Worked in the Marketing Department at MHTL which focused on the shipping and logistics of the organization. I analyzed the company's shipping performances to ensure the routes taken were most efficient. In addition, I examined the vessels to verify all ships were operating in its most effective way.

Worked within the Ministry’s Technical Cooperation Unit and provided support with research and administrative tasks, and communicated with different government ministries on projects and events coordinated my the Unit.
