I have completed Grade 12 at Terry Fox Secondary and my Level 1 Construction Electrical Apprenticeship Program at Camosun College through Dr. Charles Best Secondary. I have also competed Level 2 Electrical at BCIT. I have been able to learn effectively with the basics of this trade, as well with working efficiently with others. I can be a well trusted and reliable co-worker to work among the tasks given.I have completed my Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-09) and obtained a certificate for Emergency First Aid for Industry (OFA Level 1 Equivalent).I have worked at the Fair at the PNE for the past two summers, including this summer on the Site Clean Up Crew. As a team, I worked effectively with my co-workers to ensure out task is done properly every shift. In addition to the Site Clean Up Crew, I am a radio runner givivng out radio calls to others in the vicinity that an area at the fair should be cleaned. I worked as a Newspaper Carrier for the Tri-City News, prior to working at the PNE. I did volunteer work at the Trivia Night at Terry Fox Secondary, as well as garden and area clean up at my parrish church. In addition, to those experiences, I have the mind set, patience, and strong work ethics required to be successful as an electrical apprentice.
