Maintain and optimize the service of providing relevant legal documents to customers in Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile and Venezuela. This is accomplished by utilizing technologies such as search engines, machine learning, databases, cloud infrastructure and application servers. Other duties included domain, mail, virtual private network service management and point of contact for countries regarding technical problems and other tasks. Worked on various developments projects, source modifications,data centers cloud migrations and when required with a team of outsourced programmers. Recommend and coordinate the purchase of equipment and software.

Translate business requirements for new or modified computer applications into program specifications. This involve installing, designing, modifying, testing and writing programs, supporting work teams and solving problems with software.

Recommend and coordinate the purchase of computational and telecommunication equipment, including software necessary to perform clinical and scientific research. Help in the implementation of scientific research projects. Teach faculty, technicians and students about the use of software in clinical and scientific research. Develop and implement computational and telecommunication applications necessary for clinical and scientific research projects. Design and implement databases for use in medical and clinical research. Install and maintained operating systems, computer and telecommunication equipment including those that works as an interface to operate scientific instrumentation. As a part of the Center for Information Architecture in Research (CIAR) team I am also involved in the research and testing of new collaborating technologies, network monitoring and optimization, server administration, network security and web page development.

Assists in the administration of the University of Puerto Rico, Natural Science Faculty network. Familiar with system administration tools and processes; for example, add and remove user accounts, use back up programs, maintain system databases. Have a fundamental understanding of the Unix-based operating system. Manage server services as web, dns, ftp, mail. When needed responsible for the supervision of nine student employees
