My current role as requires me to lead a team of skilled allied healthcare workers who provide high-quality medical services at our clients' homes. Directed and optimized all aspects of operations, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and manpower management for the following projects, bringing in a combined revenue between 800K to 1.2m SGD each month.Persons Under Quarantine & Persons Under Isolation Order projects- Spearheaded and led a dynamic team of nearly 200 professionals responsible for executing diverse home swab COVID operations during the pandemic.- Managed a substantial daily patient load of over 800 individuals, ensuring efficient and high-quality testing services.- Designed and delivered training and onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration of new staff and providers into the team.Spearheaded multiple new projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH):- Successfully implemented teleconsultations for COVID-positive Singaporeans and Dormitory Workers, providing essential remote medical support.Collaborated with the dispensary team to establish a streamlined medication delivery system, ensuring timely delivery to approximately 400 patients at their homes on a daily basis.Pre-Departure Tests (PCR & ART)- Drove the exceptional success of home-based pre-departure tests, contributing to Doctor Anywhere becoming the leading provider with a monthly revenue surpassing 100K.Catalyzed the formation of the company's back-office team- Piloted a small, high-performing group, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

At MICE Depot, I had to maintain good relationships and was in constant contact with key clients to facilitate new and existing projects effectively whilst keeping them on budget. I would also lead a team of event executives whilst coordinating with the production and creative teams to ensure the client’s needs are met through the duration of the various projects.However, because of my background as a Production Manager, there are certain projects in which I would be called on to revert back to my former role. SAP FKOM 2018 & 2019 in Sydney saw me taking charge of all production elements across International Convention Centre Sydney, whilst working together with team mates and various vendors in Australia.Here, I also drafted out WSH slides and a basic decorum for all staff and crew entering the work site as the company never had a focus on these elements. This was regarded as a good initiative and the right step forward for MICE Depot as the company had plans to expand.

Working closely with our colleagues in the UK, I helped deliver Shell’s flagship event in Asia – Shell Eco Marathon in Manila (2015, 2016) which saw a total of about 26,000 visitors over a 4-day period. In 2017 when the event moved to Singapore, I was given the task of heading the production team locally.Besides working on Shell jobs in Asia, I worked on various events for clients such as Telstra, British Telecom, Bloomberg, Cisco Systems and MetLife.Throughout my time at Imagination, the company had a very strong focus on Workplace Safety & Health (WSH). All event/production personnel would have to undergo an Imagination WSH Training which was extremely comprehensive and specific. On every project I was involved in, I was tasked to review and recommend safety measures and protocols that were site-specific to the different types of events that we organise. Shell, one of the clients that I worked with closely, had extremely stringent WHS protocols that were enforced at their oil rigs. Part of my job was to ensure that these protocols were carried out at our event site as well.

As Project Manager, I was assisting in leading various projects for Canalys, Microsoft and Telstra.

Responsibilities include:- Managing and controlling events for large school groups from primary schools all the way to MNCs and adult parties- Liaising with clients pre and during events to ensure the smooth running on their events- Maintenance of equipment
