Joined the customer success department as a founding employee/employee #2.Impact as of December 2024:• Managing 104 active accounts, with a total deal amount of $5.45M.• Generated $942,000 in retention and expansion revenue.• Built and maintain a product library containing 35+ customer-facing support articles.• Created 13 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to streamline and improve Customer Success operations.• Manage gifting process for all active clients, have sent out 201 personalized gifts to clients.• Completed 56 additional tasks to support the creation and growth of the customer success team, including: Creating and regulating Gong/HubSpot pipelines, improving onboard and post-event experience, implementing 4 different software with the CS team, and creating effective collateral for the CS team. Moved to the Event Success team where I did a hybrid of event project management and business operations. My impact in this role: • Managed a team of three people to bring average response time down from 7.79 days to 1.92 days (-75.36%), surpassing company-wide OKR of bringing response time down 20%. • Created 7 different standard operational processes (SOP's) for self-serve product improving clarity and efficiency among internal team. • Generated and closed $212,450.85 in self-serve pipeline revenue through customer support and hotel negotiation. In my first role at BoomPop, I managed the end-to-end event planning process for corporate offsite retreats. This included hotel sourcing, invoice management, contract negotiation, vendor communication, passport and visa management, client communication, and anything else needed to create a memorable and impactful event experience. I also was a blog writer with a focus on event management and travel expertise. Venture For America is a highly selective (9% acceptance) program for recent college graduates. In the program, individuals work for two years for an emerging startup in one of 13 cities. The goal of the program is to become equipped with the necessary skills to be a workplace leader or entrepreneur.

Gave a TEDx talk in February 2023 titled “How Our Scars Make Us Who We Are”. Talk was about personal story of growing up with a scar on the side of my head and tying it into the social psychological phenomenon of a growth mindset and how it can be applied to unconventional areas.In-person audience of 200 people, uploaded to YouTube channel with 38.9 million subscribers.

Wore many hats. Fundraised $19,776 through outreach, managed budget and sponsorships, co-managed day-of operations, and co-managed marketing efforts.

Brainstormed ideas for speakers for TEDxFurmanUniversity Conference, found methods to contact those speakers and provide them with proper resources. Was liaison between speakers and conference team.

• One of four students in the United States selected through the APEC Voice of the Future program to represent the U.S at the Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation in Bangkok, Thailand. • Gave policy pitch on "The Future of Sustainable Living" to several Thai business leaders.• Gave speech to audience of 500+ people at Vajiravudh College regarding how economies can "connect in all dimensions". • Helped generate ideas for a youth declaration that was presented to the Prime Minister of Thailand.
