As a Bachelor's student/undergraduate research assistant in Electrical engineering at Montana State University, I am passionate about understanding laser light and it's applications in the Biotech industry. My current research project focuses on improving widefield imaging correlated with reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) in collaboration with clinical studies at Sloan-Kettering and industry partners in optics and manufacturing. I enjoy participating in leadership with the student branch of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) am in the process of reactivating our chapter of the IEEE honors society (HKN).I expect to graduate spring 2025 with my Bachelor's degree and a head start on my Master's degree. I have developed technical skills using various software platforms, like MATLAB and Python, to demonstrate a firm understanding of the theory learned in the curriculum. I have learned to apply those skills working in the lab and look forward to finding a position at a company I will be able to apply my skills and learn new ones.My passion for community service and triathlon training demonstrate my dedication to excellence in all parts of my life.
