I believe that a company is more than the sum of its parts, and that success must be guided by a holistic vision of how all the pieces orchestrate together towards a communal goal.Through my career I have had the privileged to conceptualize and design a product, process, system, pricing strategy, go to market plans, architect and code the application and websites in PHP, Python, Java, Javascript, SQL, NoSQL, scale the infrastruture with the major CSPs, design and run SEO strategy, SEM campaigns, run and track CPM and CPC ad performance on Facebook and Google, design and automate content drips, create inbound funnels and offers, create a sales process, determine lead qualification and lead scoring algorithms, implement and automate that process into a CRM, setup ecommerce tracking and attribution between sales and marketing, integrate and automate one time and subscription payments, setup and tie those payments and customers into an accounting system, project and manage demand fulfillment for those orders, create quality assurance programs, write job descriptions for every level of the organization, plan out succession and compensation, hire hundreds of employees within a year to carry out those processes, manage and coach those who oversee the teams and departments, continuously automate via code and AI, implement and manage a PMO to implement all these things, all while also creating and standardizing the process by which these items are documented, stored, and governed.
