I also oversee development of a pre-production model for managing midgress maprules, and an overhaul of our demand model.* I collaborate with various engineering teams on how my team can manage their upcoming platform enhancements or their special product requirements, and request new features that will help my team manage capacity allocation.

Member of Mapping Strategy team (informaly known as mapping operations), which owns the capacity for Mapper, Akamai's load balancing system. Our team is responsible for capacity allocation and quality of service for all edge and midgress maprules at Akamai.* I owned (maintained, operated, and developed enhancements for) a production linear programming model that manages capacity and performance for large footprint edge maprules with 15 Tbps of daily peak demand.* I participated in our team's escalation rotation, where we field internal questions about mapping quality-of-service observed on the production network, make changes to capacity allocation algorithms based on these escalations and on extensive alerting, and perform daily operations to maintain our team's capacity management software.

Research staff in Tactical Networking group. * Technical lead overseeing and participating in sponsored research programs with 3 to 10 staff.* Also participated as contributor in many sponsored and internally funded research efforts.* Project work was focused on design, prototyping, evaluation, and cross-layer optimization of wireless communication systems across network, data link, and physical layers.

This position was the result of being awarded generous funds for pursuing doctoral studies from a highly competitive staff scholarship program. Maintained active involvement in Lincoln Lab projects throughout the program.

Research staff, supporting sponsored programs for mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) radio systems.* Evaluated performance and scalability of upcoming radio systems using MAC layer models that I developed in C, Matlab, and OPNET Modeler.* Presented findings to sponsors, along with recommendations for how to improve each radio system's design.

Research faculty. Worked in the Software Radio Laboratory supporting sponsored research efforts. Developed algorithms for real-time signal processing on a multi-channel software defined radio system, and for high speed synchronous multi-channel sample capture with offline data processing for algorithm investigation and validation.
