Published author for children’s books. My goal in writing stories is to inspire others through life's stories. I believe it is through the sharing of experiences that can help us all to realize that we all can find commonalities that we might not have realized existed. It is through these commonalities and experiences that I believes community, relationships, and a firm foundation can be built. My first book “My Friend, Thomas Carl" is published by Austen-McCauley Publishers and was released in February 2024.

Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Agency programs and operations. Provide senior-leadership with key findings and recommendations for program and process improvement based on in-depth analyses. Led multiple program evaluations and championed development of project management tools, communications materials, and final deliverables, including briefings to senior-leadership. Key achievements include:- Served as lead for multiple, diverse teams on program evaluations, overseeing both civilian and contractor personnel, and delegated tasks and responsibilities based on their expertise- Initiated and led the development of a communications tool that made the development of key final deliverables more efficient, cutting time required to develop these products by 25%.- Led development of key deliverables, including final technical reports and briefings, across multiple projects, communicating complex material in simple formats. I was recognized for making the production seamless and manageable.- Authored multiple articles which were published on the intranet homepage detailing project results.- Developed and delivered training sessions on topics including, “Great Power Competition and its impact to U.S. national security.” - Served as the Training Coordinator for Division.

Served as adjunct faculty for the Homeland and International Security Program. Developed syllabi for courses that I taught, including “U.S. Homeland Security” and “Global Security”. My courses aimed to bridge the gap between education and the real-world by introducing students to both academic readings and projects, while introducing students to guest speakers utilizing my professional network. Additionally, regularly worked with and mentored students on a wide-range of academic and workforce development matters.Served on the University’s Homeland and International Security Advisory Council, wherein I provided guidance to department leadership on strategic planning/growth efforts. I contributed to the successful reaccreditation of the Homeland and International Security Program by rewriting course descriptions and reviewing course syllabi to ensure they met the highest academic standards. The course syllabi I created were shared with new professors as best practices.

Promoted international economic growth in the aerospace and defense sectors through the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of multiple economic development programs. Engaged in strategic planning projects; program management; client counseling; development of communication materials; and analysis of key market and economic trends. Example projects and responsibilities included:- Championed need for and managed development of 5-year strategic plan for the NH Aerospace and Defense Export Consortium. Oversaw implementation of this strategy- Project lead for the development and implementation of Department of Defense grants and associated programs/contracts aimed at organizing and growing New Hampshire's aerospace and defense companies and supply chain - Researching and analyzing market trends, US export policies and regulations, and international business best-practices and communicating findings to clients- Implementing internal strategic planning efforts and assisting with program management- Managing student internship program and providing supervision for student employees- Writing multiple Requests for Proposals and directing vendor selection process- Serving on the New Hampshire Aerospace and Defense Export Consortium Board of Directors, and utilizing quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess program effectiveness and efficiency- Led delegation of 5 NH businesses to international defense tradeshow and engaged in key partnership building for clients.

Served in a management consultant capacity (Strategy and Change Center of Excellence), supporting U.S. defense and intelligence community clients. Client engagements focused on functional areas such as strategy development, strategic planning, change management, policy development and analysis, and strategic communications. Assignments included providing analysis and strategic guidance based on an understanding of the current geopolitical environment, government policy (e.g., Intelligence Community Directives, Joint Doctrine) and assessment of client programs and future goals and objectives. Assisted with client program implementation and management, primarily in support of an international research and development program.

Evaluated and analyzed Department of Defense (DoD) community national security classification programs by supporting the Information Security Oversight Office’s Executive branch agency liaison program and on-site program reviews. Additionally, managed ISOO’s day-to-day National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and NISP Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC) responsibilities and advocated for policy changes that brought program into Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) compliance. Served as Assistant Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) Manager; led mandatory security trainings on behalf of ISOO.Recipient of Information Security Oversight Office Golden Coin Award as a result of my efforts in bringing the NISPPAC into FACA compliance.

Responsible for third-party billing operations and troubleshooting student financial accounts utilizing PeopleSoft software.

Conducted academic and operational research pertaining to successful anti-terrorism strategies.
