I am an experienced and awarded professional with over 15 years of professional experience (paid & volunteer) supporting senior-level executives on projects involving program management and analysis, strategic planning, grant management, international partnership building, and higher-education administration. I have worked with the U.S. Federal Government, state government, international partners, private and non-profit sectors (ministry organizations), and academia. My work has included significant international engagement, development of high-visibility communications products, and intellectually rigorous research and analysis assignments. My greatest joy has been sharing what I have done in my professional career with students as an adjunct professor in security studies and supporting non-profits with growth operations.I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with strategic partners, and deliver high-quality and impactful products. My passion for writing and inspiring others through life's stories led me to publish my first children's book, "My Friend, Thomas Carl", which was released by Austen-McCauley Publishers in February 2024. I believe that sharing experiences can help us find commonalities and build relationships and communities. My book reflects my values of curiosity, empathy, and diversity.
