As National Organizing Director at Dream for America, I am dedicated to mobilizing and empowering a network of democracy defenders across 432 college campuses. I spearhead nationwide organizing and chapter engagement efforts, leading a team of 12 national staffers and over 400 volunteers across 50 states.In this role, I developed a comprehensive 70-page chapter handbook, designed to guide students in effective engagement strategies, chapter development, and successful advocacy campaigns. This resource has been instrumental in strengthening our chapters and enhancing our advocacy efforts.A significant achievement of my tenure includes coordinating our organization's endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris for President, alongside 17 youth organizations in support of her candidacy.By leveraging grassroots mobilization, strategic planning, and comprehensive training resources, I am committed to advancing democratic values and amplifying the voices of young voters nationwide.

Oversaw all field operations for the Harris for President campaign across eleven counties in North Central Florida, managing a team of five field organizers.Through direct voter outreach, our team recruited 820 volunteers who collectively completed over 2,000 volunteer shifts. Together, we made over one million voter contact attempts, knocked on 40,000 doors, and engaged in over 30,000 conversations with voters across the region.Despite the challenging political environment, we achieved an 84.4% turnout in Alachua County—the highest in over 30 years—with our presidential vote share ranking fourth-highest in 80 years.

Appointed to represent the nearly 50,000 students living off-campus at the University of Florida in the Student Senate—and allocate the $24 million annual Student Government budget. In my term as an Off-Campus Senator, I authored and submitted 204 bills, covering a wide range of issues. These include establishing a Hazing Awareness and Learning Outreach (HALO) Executive Agency to protect students from serious hazing incidents, modifying Student Body Statutes to limit wasteful apparel purchases in the Executive Branch to 5% of the annual budget, and implementing policies to enhance representation for diverse student groups in the Student Senate. Additionally, I introduced resolutions calling for the University of Florida to uphold its funding commitment for the City of Gainesville's Regional Transit System of buses. Furthermore, I led efforts to commemorate the life and legacy of Former US Senator and Florida Governor Bob Graham following his passing.In my term, I surveyed my constituents to determine policy areas of concern for them. In response, the university community overwhelmingly responded with concerns regarding transportation and safety across the community. As a result, I founded the UF Senate Transportation Caucus to address the accessibility of safe transportation options for the campus and surrounding community. The Transportation Caucus and its 18 members work to understand the transportation challenges of the community and find bipartisan policy solutions in response. Additionally, I authored reprimands and served as the plaintiff in two successful censure hearings against Agency Heads for Student Government Productions and ACCENT Speakers Bureau for charges of nonfeasance in violation of Student Body Statutes—both of which passed unanimously on the floor of the Student Senate. As a result of these censures, I was directly involved with ensuring executive accountability and compliance with Student Government policy.

As the Student Senate Majority Leader, I steered the 37-member Change Party Caucus through unprecedented challenges, including a government shutdown and delicate partisan negotiations for a peaceful transition of power.Transitioning to the role of Senate Minority Leader, I continued to lead the Change Party Caucus to remarkable achievements. By implementing workshop programming and fostering strong bonds among members, our caucus achieved a historic milestone by submitting 200 bills in a single legislative term, a feat unmatched in over a century of Student Senate history. Despite comprising only 30% of Senate membership, our caucus authored over 80% of the bills submitted during that term. Devoted to advocating for the 60,000 students at the University of Florida, I spearheaded initiatives that led to the passage of over $170,000.00 in additional funding for student organizations, the establishment of an on-campus thrift store, the enactment of the first-ever Green New Deal at a public university, and the empowerment of marginalized communities both on our campus and beyond.

Served as the elected representative for the 15,000 students of the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences in the University of Florida Student Senate. While serving, I submitted 60 bills impacting my community—from resolutions to constitutional amendments, budget bills, and laws—of which delivered $170,000.00 in additional funding for the university's 1,000 student organizations, protected scholarship funding for the 23,000 students who receive Florida Bright Futures, expanded voter rights and access, recognized October as 'Sustainability Month,' instituted a campus-wide student forum for Student Government leadership, established Senatorial Membership Organizations that created an opportunity for senators to create community around interest and identity-based groups, established an on-campus thrift store, and much more. My tenure as Student Senator representing the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Florida was marked by proactive leadership, impactful legislation, and dedicated service to the student community, exemplifying my commitment to fostering positive change and advocating for the welfare of my fellow students.

As a State Field Organizer, I specialized in recruiting over 15,000 LCV members for volunteer shifts with our coordinated campaign and endorsed Climate Action Candidates for the 2022 midterm elections — resulting in a 67% victory rate. In the role, I contacted 8,728 members via peer-to-peer communication software — 182% of the goal (4,800) and 91% higher than the team average (4,574) and led a volunteer team of 42 with 378 scheduled volunteer shifts — 174% of the goal (217) and 163% higher than the team average (144).

Engaged in impactful volunteering by strategically connecting with over 3,000 voters through NGP VAN and ThruTalk platforms, dedicating over 200 hours to direct voter outreach efforts.Demonstrated leadership by guiding a dedicated team of 76 volunteers and 4 leads, successfully completing 938 phonebank shifts, surpassing our goal by 260%. This achievement contributed to a significant 5.58% increase in voter turnout within my assigned turf.Additionally, I played a pivotal role in shaping the campaign's success in a virtual landscape. Conducting comprehensive volunteer trainings 4-5 times per week, I revolutionized campaign management, ensuring our team was well-equipped to navigate the challenges of remote engagement.Through these efforts, I gained valuable experience in grassroots organizing, honed my leadership skills, and made a tangible impact on the democratic process. I am proud to have been a part of a team that actively worked towards fostering civic engagement and driving positive change.
