The role demands proactive leadership to maintain the highest standards of service delivery while overseeing security operations during assigned shifts.Key Responsibilities:Supervisory Leadership:• Direct and oversee security personnel during shifts, ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures.• Provide consistent coaching, recognition, and constructive discipline to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.• Facilitate clear and effective communication between the security team and management, addressing concerns and implementing solutions promptly.Operational Oversight:• Conduct regular patrols to maintain order, establish a visible security presence, and deter unlawful activities.• Monitor and regulate the entrance and exit of vehicles and personnel, ensuring that only authorized individuals access the property.• Oversee the creation and issuance of access badges for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors, maintaining strict access control. Security & Incident Management:• Secure all entry points, including exits, doors, and windows, to prevent unauthorized access and potential breaches.• Periodically review surveillance footage to detect and address any disruptions, suspicious activities, or security breaches.• Investigate and assess suspicious behavior or items, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.• Respond swiftly to alarms, conducting thorough investigations to determine the cause and take necessary corrective actions.Reporting & Documentation:• Generate, manage, and submit detailed daily activity logs and event reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all security incidents and operations.
