As a marketer, nothing excites me more than designing innovative ways to disrupt and evolve consumer behaviors towards services and products that help move society to a healthier, more regenerative future.A lover of people, a creative problem solver, and strategically inventive, I’ve led companies and non-profit organizations to take bold—yet strategically calculated—marketing leaps, continually producing results beyond those expected for the resources at hand. I’ve worked for multiple global digital agencies and led cross-functional teams in designing—and successfully executing—award-winning integrated marketing programs. From 2012-2017 I resided in Maputo, Mozambique, working for the CDC. There I initiated and led the first countrywide campaigns to rebrand HIV as a manageable, chronic illness to increase treatment initiation and retention. Being HIV positive, I worked with local advocacy groups to identify others living with HIV to become public advocates within the coalition of NGO partners to create a systemic shift in how development organizations were approaching the AIDS epidemic. During EQRx's epic early-stage growth phase I worked as the VP of Digital and Brand Strategy to disrupt the pricing of oncology products to make them more accessible to patients around the globe. When the company was acquired in 2023, inbound client interest birthed the creation of Key13 Studios. Deeply concerned with the climate crisis, my partner Julian and I bought an old youth camp in Mendocino, California that we have brought back to life. We now steward 27 acres of redwood forest and are working to activate a permaculture garden to create a place for connecting with indigenous wisdom and hands-on learning. I'm a forever student of a wide breadth of human growth and healing modalities. A guiding passion is increasing authenticity and conscious leadership practices in all the environments I interact with. In the last few years, breathwork has become a core practice of my personal growth and well-being. Wanting to make such work more widely available, Julian and I became certified breathwork practitioners and facilitate breathwork journey's together at Spirit Camp and studios in the Bay Area.
