After earning a Grand Diploma in Culinary and Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Chef Reid honed his skills in top pastry kitchens worldwide, including at the Michelin 3-star Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas and the AAA Five Diamond St. Regis hotel in California.Renowned for his mastery of both contemporary and traditional pastries with European techniques, Chef Reid has been recognized with prestigious accolades, such as being named one of Dessert Professional Magazine’s Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America and Pastry Chef of the Year at the U.S. Pastry Competition. In addition to consulting for leading companies in the food and beverage industry, he now crafts the finest quality pastries, cakes, confections and sandwiches at Nathaniel Reid Bakery, which he opened in 2016 in his home state of Missouri.
