Build, maintain and assess RMF packages for multiple programs supporting the Missile Defense Agency. Support the DoD ISSM staff in regards to the security posture of programs and preparation of authorizations. Lead a team of software developers through the software development lifecycle. Ensure success through organized milestones, consistent support and agile development.

Maintain and operate the HITS (Homestation Instrumentation Training System) utilized by the U.S. Army/DoD with 100% uptime for system operations and no missed training events ensuring constant availability for the customer. Use technical and administrative controls to include firewall configurations, active directory configurations and user auditing to maintain system integrity. Maintain and operate a virtual environment to include an ESXI host hypervisor and supplemental virtual machines to ensure system redundancy.Enforce secure network communications to include LAN, WAN, RF and satellite platforms that ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Oversee configuration, control and patch management ensuring proper documentation is established and security updates are properly implemented. Perform annual risk analysis of the system to ensure funding for needed equipment regarding system redundancy and security safeguards.

Maintained and operated the IHITS (Initial Homestation Instrumentation Training System) on behalf of the U.S. Army/DoD and ensured 100% uptime of the training device for the customer with no chargeable downtime. Performed the initial hardening and STIG(Security Technical Implementation Guide) of the training device and ensured the ATO(Approval to Operate) was met with Army Gold Disk security scans and patches.Secured the local and wide area system communications by setting up access control lists, firewallconfigurations and proper subnetting to transmit sensitive data confidentially.Maintained the training device to include hardware, software, network communications, database management and communication infrastructure with no chargeable downtime.Coordinated and implemented training with local military leaders with great success, as shown by the highest usage numbers worldwide for 4 consecutive years. Due to the increased usage, two additional positions were added to the contract increasing the overall value and profits of the program to the company.Developed a training program for new employees which included detailed procedures and updated access control lists for new system security requirements. Implemented and designed an inventory program used throughout the life cycle of the program to include the decommission phase, which eased the transition into newly fielded equipment
