Designed, Patented, and Developed three tap variations with International Approval.We created the Vortex Tap that improves the convenience of box wine by giving you the added benefit of aeration wherever you go. Just flip the top of the tap and dispense and aerate away or flip it back and have it aeration free. It's your wine and it's your choice without all the hassle.Simple, convenient, and better wine straight from the box.This was a great product development project, as I had never worked with Computational Fluid Dynamic modeling. Besides learning a new modeling software and the design's impacts, we had many tolerance and size constraints. The hardest aspect of this project was producing a gravity aerator that didn't leak or drip due to its valve and had a control feature for selecting aeration or non-aeration.
