I am responsible for approximately 16 database servers administration, and development of stored procedures, SSIS packages and maintaining SSRS reports (MSSQL): I was the key Database development professional for a large Government benefits application. This included table design, stored procedures, ETL (SSIS), automated jobs, and some reports (SSRS). I work with the various app teams, which interface, with our systems. I make changes to improve the applications, adjust the SSIS to reflect interface design changes and modify reports to accommodate new requirements. My responsibly is completely on the MS database stack (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, etc).

My primary responsibilities of approximately 120 database servers (MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase, mySQL):
About 90% of my database servers are MS SQL (2000-2005). I am responsible for the production support and support of application developers in the Label & Artist Group. Support includes troubleshooting technical problems, aiding in the promotion of code between development, test, staging and production environments, and supporting the web services team in projects and support, as needed. I also support 6 MS Reporting Services servers.
Set up and manage access privileges to databases, and create user security profiles in accordance with security standards and policies and procedures (SOx compliance). Create, document and test critical backup plans and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans. I am also the primary DBA for a large server consolidation effort. This requires careful coordination with the application teams. I administrate MS Sharepoint and MS Biztalk Servers. My title also extends to implement and enforce SOx compliance and Application Change Control.

My responsibilities primarily consisted of: 1. Maintaining version and platform control for the various backends of the development products (problem resolution tracking). 2. Proposing/implementing database structures, proposing changes and managing those changes (to include optimizing T-SQL and PL/SQL code) 3. Writing and maintaining hundreds of stored procedures. 4.
