As I work towards making a career switch, I want to join a company where I can continue my personal growth and the company's growth.I prefer to work within a collaborative design process, as after years of volunteer playtesting as a part of diverse groups (for companies like Rare, Butterscotch Shenanigans, LLC, and Plaid Hat Games), and have years of experience in customer service.I also have a strong passion for design, in pretty much all facets of design. I've spent years designing as a hobby to expand my skills and knowledge.
