I have varied expertise in a wide number of roles moving from arts and creative technologies into general management.After completing a Masters degree at Middlesex University, I worked freelance in creative technology, videography, live and recorded sound.I began touring with bands and moved into Tour Management alongside the creative work.I also took up programming and coding, working on a number of personal projects.After having children I stopped touring and became an Event Manager in a multi-purpose venue in Brighton.I also dealt with some of the building management under the Operations Manager.From there I became a Centre Manager at a busy community centre in the heart of Rugby.I managed a small team of staff and large numbers of volunteers on daily operations and a wide variety of projects.I was responsible for business and building operations, including HR and Health and Safety.
