I'm excited to announce that I will be taking on a new role as Vice President within Spring Education Group.In May of 2001 I joined Chesterbrook Academy Elementary School in Cary, NC as the Summer Camp Director. 20 years later I have proved myself to be a committed company advocate. I have made a career of advancement through progressively more responsible positions in developing and supporting our exceptional private schools, delivering superior educational and summer camp outcomes for an expanding global community of students, families and educators. Enforce financial objectives and develop and implement unique marketing and sales techniques. Oversee NLCI quality assurance programs and implement curriculum guidelines. Multi-site management for a network of 98 private schools in FL, IL, MD, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, and Washington D.C.

Promoted to oversee new growth of regions that were previously managed by Executive Directors. Challenged to build relationships with home office senior executive team, executive directors, principals and summer camp administrators who were accustomed to managing from within. Responsibilities involved reviewing contracts at each school, meeting deliverables of contracts, and achieving company financial goals. Conducted regular quality assurance visits to ensure NLCI and licensing standards. Responsible for training and development of Principals, Summer Camp Administrators , Program Specialists, and Staff. Actively worked to improve client relations. Multi-site management of 4 regions: FL, NC, SC and VA. Work within a $5M Budget.
