This role consists of a wide variety of duties and responsibilities all centered around the in-house Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 system. Encapsulating a CRM Developer, Administrator, Report Writer and Trainer. Mainly working with the Business department, developments have been planned, implemented and evaluated to the specifications of the key stakeholders.

This role consists of a wide variety of duties and responsibilities all centered around the in-house Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 system. Encapsulating a CRM Developer, Administrator, Report Writer and Trainer. Mainly working with the Business department, developments have been planned, implemented and evaluated to the specifications of the key stakeholders.

There were primarily three sections to this role at the college. Working with the college Business Centre and CLaWD teams and also supporting the main college eLearning team. At the Business Centre I was in charge of maintaining and managing the external college Moodle site, uploading resources, implementing site changes and updates. Within the CLaWD team I assisted in the implementation of an ePortfolio solution called Learning Assistant. When supporting the main college site I provided suppport and training to staff or students in the use of college systems (Moodle, Microsoft Office etc.) and was part of a team administrating the college Moodle by updating resources, materials and implementing any fixes or updates required.
