Becoming a parent has motivated me in ways that nothing else can. I am extremely eager and willing to enter the engineering sector and strive to be the best at what I do every day of the year for my family and future career. I try to give 110% to everything I apply myself to, and actively try to avoid complacency. My main achievements are gaining two engineering degrees on full time courses whilst working 30 hours a week in the retail sector, which was a significant challenge. During this time I spent many modules learning CAD/CAM product development, Finite element methods, Machine design as well as many other engineering related subjects.I also spent some of my free time during university shadowing a STEM Ambassador as they mentored students in the north east on the merits of engineering courses. In addition, during my bachelor years I became the Aerospace Engineering course representative, dealing with all levels of issues on the course for fellow students.It is my strong desire to become a proven asset to a future employers company and commit myself to a long and rewarding career. My primary objective is to seek a responsible and challenging Engineering position with high future potential, by associating with a growing organisation.
