- Led Life Online Health Assessment (aka “Digital Interview”) from ideation through launch, allowing proposed insureds to complete Part B of a life application digitally and saving company $50+ per application.- Created, wrote, and received compact approval on a “digital-only” life application for direct life sales, innovating life filing process and dramatically simplified future IT build costs for a direct life process.- Outlined a proposed API-based architectural framework to solve for rapidly emerging business challenges in electronic life applications and supported its approval from senior leaders as well as initiation as part of go-to-market strategy.- Served as a member of emerging trends group, initiating and driving execution of several digital pilot projects to expand and create eApplication, eDelivery, direct life sales, and machine learning capabilities.- Helped define an end-to-end future state for Life New Business and created multi-year people, process, and technology roadmaps.
