As Cloud Services Manager at Bristow Group, I oversee all aspects of our Azure, AWS, Citrix, and physical server environments globally, ensuring high-performance, secure, and reliable cloud and compute services. I lead projects from inception to delivery, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with corporate policies and consumption budgets. In addition to all the duties in the previous role, I have been given the additional responsibility to get the company's computer systems upgraded. I am directing the shift to Windows 10 and working with the various departments to ensure that there are no issues with the rollout to the company. I am also building the gold image and executing the deployment of Windows 10 with the removal of Windows 7 from the environment. Included in this is getting all of the new licensing setup and activated with a move away from KMS to AD activation methods.Also migrated us out of SCCM which was a cost and time savings improvement as the team was now able to deploy the OS faster and with less intervention needed after deployment.I am also working with the new IT team during the merger from Era Helicopters to Bristow. Despite covid, constantly changing working environments, and 2 hurricanes hitting locally I am proud of the IT team and the minimal impact on the business.

I have worked with many different problems and have specialized in working in medical offices and High Schools where security is of high expectation. I have setup many scenarios ranging from locking down users to minimal access of computers, writing batch scripts for domain logins, migrating dental offices to digital systems and updating their software for a more efficient use with their electronic medical records system, and setting up secure connections for billing companies to be able to retrieve patient data over networks securely back to their servers.

I have experience in Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Vista, Windows XP, Exchange 2003, and virtualization of servers and workstations. I also have experience in troubleshooting network connectivity problems from LAN and WAN networks. I also have experience doing helpdesk support as I currently support over 200 PC’s remotely via RDP, LogMeIn, and LPI while providing onsite support for my clients at their offices.

Responsible for the installation and service of x-ray equipment, CR systems, DICOM printers, Disc Burning Systems, design and implementation of PACS mobile workstations, and PACS Systems. In addition, I am also responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks used to transport patient data over secure connections to other diagnostic sites. In this role I also worked in the planning department as an AutoCAD specialist and consultant. In this department I am responsible for the design and layout of diagnostic rooms to insure a smooth installation process. Once the equipment was installed, I handled the training of the client’s staff on the equipment purchased, as well as phone and remote support for the end users.
