- Oversaw all showroom activity: Sample trafficking, meeting set-up/tear-down, coordinating with stylists and editors regarding pulls, merchandising racks, training interns in general office protocol, and most importantly oversee Press Days (SS10 and FW10). - Office manager: Ordering office supplies, overseeing the general calendar of events and conference lines, in charge of petty cash, general administrative duties.- Account Coordinator: acquiring media coverage of our clients, compiling ROI and EVA for monthly reports, building contact lists for editor and stylist giftings/mailouts, pitching and general press outreach surrounding events, lending extensive support and assistance in coordinating press events such as G-Shock’s “Shock the World.”
