My areas of focus include the following industries: Utility Cooperatives, Employee Benefit Plans (including multiemployer plans), and Unions. I have attended various conventions and conferences including regional meetings to stay current on the issues concerning clients.Employee Benefit Plans and UnionsThrough my attendance at various conferences and extensive experience, including attending national conferences each year by the AICPA, I have been able to stay current on issues and provide solutions within the industry along with related filings. This includes Form 5500, LM Forms, and Form 990 returns.Forensic Accounting I can work with attorneys as a consultant or expert witness in cases as they relate to fraud or accounting related issues. Our firm is equipped to assist with fraud examinations including identifying type of fraud, how long it has taken place, how it has been concealed, quantifying the loss and issuing reports.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children.
