- Led a group of 4 frontend engineers in the development of a new internal tool aimed at simplifying experiment configuration processes, resulting in streamlined workflows and improved user experiences. My contribution included technical design, project management, and implementation of many of the features. I also worked closely with Product Management and Design throughout. Project was a success and reduced experiment creation time from ~4 weeks to ~7 days.- Led a group of 2 other frontend engineers to unify Dropbox’s segment targeting for feature gates, resulting in a median time reduction to create a segment from ~1 day to ~10 minutes.- Independently improved site reliability and latency, including a reduction in first page load time from 6-7s down to 500 ms, a reduction in timeouts from ~400/month down to 0, and creation time for feature gate related entities from 15s+ down to 3s.- Provided mentoring and team leadership by stepping into the team lead role during a time of transition, keeping the team organized and focused.
