My role is part of the Knowledge + Expertise Enterprise team which manages the intranet and collaboration platforms. The team provides resources for the sharing and reusing of knowledge and upskills lawyers in the use of these resources. Duties include:• Maintaining and coordinating enterprise collaboration content• Advising internal/external clients on technical options for content delivery• Record, edit and publish video content to the firm and external clients• Coaching members of the Knowledge + Expertise team in dealing with technical, knowledge management and project management issues• Coordinating projects, including developing project plan documentation• Assisting Heads of Legal Operations in implementing and delivering pilot projects, including communication of project strategy

Accountable for assessing web software providers, implementing solutions aligned with CBA’s web deployment strategy and for ongoing user training and support. The role requires building and maintaining credible relationships, and to foster a collaborative environment with business customers.

Accountable for network security, PC support for 250 HR users and out-of-hours user support and network maintenance. Additional responsibilities include security administration for Peoplesoft HR, and maintenance of the HR Intranet site.
