As the Education Data Coordinator I was responsible for collecting and collating data from educational institutions from all over Australia and New Zealand contributing to a database that included textbook lists from all universities reflected on Booktopia’s website.Responsibilities included:Contributions and control of a Content Managements System (CMS) on the Textlist Finder.Collection of data from university textbook lists that included course code, university, author, etc. Data was required to be accurate and up-to-date.Creating reports and lists to support Managers and publishers around Australia and to the Merchandising, Academic and Marketing departments.Addition of supplementary products to academic textbooks to assist or support learning.Contributed to the University Semester campaigns developing databases for areas of the business to utilise. Established further relationships between book publishers or suppliers to Booktopia through communication and feedback.
