Nathan is best known in the world of hospitality for his constant involvement in nightlife, talent acquisition, event promotions and VIP concierge services. With a staff of over 200 and growing working under his company portfolio throughout the year, Nathan is fast evolving to become one of the top players in the industry. In 2015, his company, ECL New York, Inc. (dba ECL Events), partnered with Anthony Shnayderman of AIM Hospitality Group and co-founded their joint venture, Notoriety Group, LLC – a lifestyle management and VIP concierge service company specializing in VIP client services. Since 2015, Notoriety Group has been managing and operating the skydeck VIP tables for Electric Zoo Festival, New York’s largest electronic dance music festival. In 2019, Notoriety Group partnered with Rolling Loud, the world’s largest hip hop festival, marketing and operating their VIP table skydeck in New York. In 2019, Nathan Leong invested into Hidden Lane Bar, a neighborhood friendly bar, located in the heart of Union Square.In 2020, along with partner Sameer Qureshi, Nathan Leong will be opening Somewhere Nowhere NYC, a 2-level rooftop which includes a lounge and rooftop pool, on the 38th and 39th floor at the newly constructed Renaissance Chelsea Hotel located on 112 W 25th Street, NYC, operated under their hospitality management company, El Grupo SN. Somewhere Nowhere NYC will feature the highest hotel rooftop pool in all of New York.
