Chief Financial Officer / Co-Head Of Development
Current-Maintain and build relationships with equity capital partners and construction and permanent debt partners. Work with capital partners to structure project-specific financing solutions; negotiate partnership agreements and loan documents. Facilitate the production and distribution of on-going reporting data and documentation.-Identify and solicit co-development opportunities with land owners, private investors and developers. Structure and negotiate land acquisition arrangements and partnership agreements. Coordinate project design, underwrite financial feasibility and work with municipalities to gain appropriate project entitlements.-Oversee asset management of roughly 4,000 multifamily units, including capital restructures, risk management, disposition analysis, new project acquisition analysis, market analysis, and financial return projections, among others. This includes over 1,200 independent senior living units.-Liaise with property management and ownership to design financial budgets and implement control protocols to maximize project performance. Monitor on-going property and portfolio condition for financial variability and budget deviations.-Identify and solicit co-development opportunities with state, local and regional housing agencies. Prepare and submit applications seeking awards for low income housing tax credits, HOME funds, CDBG funds and other Housing & Urban Development-issued funds.
