Transforming business processes and automating carbon footprint calculations to help clients achieve net zero. I lead a team of 3 developers in creating an automation product that’s saving one client $1M in annual spending and 677 FTE days on manual data processing. We've delivered the technical design and implementation of over 50 product requirements related to greenhouse gas data curation, emission intensity calculation, and SQL workflow optimization. To do this, we first organize, cleanse, validate, and transform supplier emissions data from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). We then curate 30 tables and 10 dashboards that break down the client's emissions, publishing supplementary asset manuals for non-technical users. In my role, I build the technical architecture, conduct user acceptance testing, prioritize bugs, and collaborate across functions.

Pitched go-to-market strategies and developed forecasting models for top digital advertising partners. I owned C-Suite communications, presented value propositions, and managed contracting for 10 new digital advertising partners that generated over $20M in annual ads revenue.

Built the bridge between Coaching Corps and the UCLA community. My long-standing mission is to use sports to improve health, education, and social outcomes for at-risk youth. Leading by example, I sought to motivate my peers and promote impactful volunteer work. I also mentored athletes with a wide variety of special needs (ages 5-18) at Team Prime Time’s weekly after-school program.

Negotiated commercial real estate financing and acquisition deals. I closed six loan refinancing deals worth a combined $18M. I also underwrote three affordable housing properties for potential acquisition deals each worth between $40M and $60M.

Identified problems and inefficiencies in three of Starline’s core departments: operations, accounting, and human resources. My goal was to propose and implement actionable solutions. First, I wrote a PowerQuery M script that segments monthly revenues by eight different bus routes and three different ticket types. Second, I trained bus drivers and sales representatives to implement a new multi-channel ticketing platform called Ventrata. Third, I harnessed Asana’s project management capabilities to revamp Starline’s recruiting pipeline.

Spearheaded a fundraising campaign to raise $10,000 in order to cover my team's travel expenses for the 2016 NIRSA National Soccer Championship in Foley, Alabama. Once the campaign was over, I distributed perks to donors according to gift level. I also coordinated the team’s seasonal community service events.

Evaluated the financial standing of over 5,000 advanced trader accounts by performing identity verification, risk assessment, and transaction monitoring in accordance to KYC guidelines. In the midst of the cryptocurrency surge of 2017, I connected directly with customers to resolve over 500 cases regarding market order completions and electronic funds transfers.
