As the sole point of contact for my business I would liaise with clients directly either in person, by telephone or e-mail and organise the invoicing process. I would often be dealing with multiple clients at a time, demonstrating ability to time manage and maintain good customer relations.

In addition, I built my own business website and all accompanying social media, designing graphics and maintaining the site to a high standard. I also designed graphics for gigs and artwork for music releases.

In this role I was responsible for the day-to-day editorial management of the content output on MUTV Web and the equivalent mobile application.

This role required me to quickly adapt to use of a new operating system where files were uploaded to the aforementioned application.My roles included:- Uploading of updated programming schedules- Selection of key programming for promotion- Graphic creation for key programming- Planning of content release On Demand, this included both editorial and image sourcing.- Liaising with the heads of content, media marketing and social media, I also helped to orchestra aligned marketing pushes for premium content.I worked as general planner for the media department, assisting with Player Access Days - where our department were given access to first-team players to gather content for editorial and marketing purposes. I also helped put together content plans for significant events such as player signings, key matches and club campaigns.

I formed part of the editorial team who produced content for the Manchester United club website, United Review (match-day programme) and Inside United official magazine. I also contributed to the social media platforms and conducted interviews with the likes of Sir Bobby Charlton for MUTV.My role's included:- Providing written content for various platforms including the official website and all social media channels.- Producing match reports for the club's youth teams at both U21 and U18 level.- Producing written articles and features for the match-day programme- Completing research tasks to form features for either the website, magazine or programme.- Writing news stories to inform readers of footballing and commercial activities at the club.- Appearing on club podcast Red Voices where fellow club journalists discussed club matters along with an MUTV presenter.- Pitch-side reporter for MUTV's coverage of U18 home matches, my main role being to conduct the post-match interview with the United manager.

I formed part of the team that provided editorial updates during live matches.My roles included:- Writing the official match report.- Updating the website's live blog.- Posting to the club's Facebook and Instagram accounts. - Compiling post-match reaction to form written website pieces focusing on interviews from the players and management.
