- Manage the accounts receivables for 31 locations in the southeast United States.- Strategically negotiate securities including UCC-1 filings, stand-by letters of credit, job accounts, and terms to grow key customers lines of credit.- Approve unsecured lines of credit of up to $500K, and prepare detailed reports and recommendations to upper management for limits of up to $2 million.- Maintain and develop business relationships with internal and external customers to help grow profitability while mitigating risk to each location.- Provide credit training and risk management techniques to sales teams.- Facilitate bad debt recovery by monitoring potential write-offs and collect on prior write offs, working with lawyers to take legal action when necessary for filing suit, lien or bond claims, and other actions needed.- Possess a working knowledge of all state and federal laws pertaining to mechanics liens, security, and collections of accounts receivable.- Active involvement in interviewing, testing and hiring candidates for the Analyst role and Credit Management Trainee Program within CED.
