I play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the business. I collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of client campaigns, from the initial setup with front-end web development to final delivery, by interacting with APIs and databases for retargeting.One of my key responsibilities is overseeing the timely delivery of campaigns to the print press by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise to ensure mail reaches customers. Maintaining a meticulous approach is vital for me to contribute to the seamless execution of campaigns, resulting in high client satisfaction.I actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the Operations team. I have leveraged my technical skills and knowledge of programming languages, like Python, to develop automation solutions that streamline campaign monitoring and reporting. These initiatives have increased operational efficiency and allowed for better resource allocation, resulting in cost savings for the business.

I organised guest lists using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. I also created a comprehensive calendar of important events, tracking significant dates relevant to China-UK relations and ensuring timely preparation and participation.To enhance event engagement and communication, I became familiar with Mailchimp to create event reminders and announcements for people on the mailing list to stay informed about upcoming events.Through this short internship offered by the King's Careers+ Programme, I demonstrated my dedication to promoting the Lau China Institute and its mission to facilitate a deeper understanding of contemporary China on a global scale.
