Worked onsite for the construction of two steel processing facilities on the site of the only large regional flat rolled steel manufacturing facility in Mississippi. Worked alongside project manager and superintendent to manage/supervise two almost identical projects on the same site for two different clients.Work involved large amounts of complex self-perform concrete work for large sf slabs, miscellaneous shallow and deep pits (up to 30 ft. depth), etc. Supervised the drilling and installation of drilled piers, caps and anchor bolts.Assisted in surveying/lay-out of control lines through the use of total stations, lasers, and rods.Work included weekly schedule updates using primavera p3.Procurement of materials including special order anchor bolts and embed steel for (process equipment) cut to length and slitter lines.

Identifying and facilitating the coordination and completion of punch lists and associated activities through communications with owner representatives and craft supervision. Tasks also included procurement, shipping and receiving of freight, materials and equipment as needed between various suppliers. All on a +$200MM coal fired power plant job site.

Facilitated with pre-bid meetings, RFI’s, RFQ’s, bid comparison analysis, contractor selections, transmittals, submittals. In my capacity with O’Neal I was involved in numerous aspects of various projects to include scheduling, estimating, bidding, and document controls of multiple industrial construction projects around South Carolina and the surrounding southeast.

Assisted in the installation of storm water drainage systems using 12-48” RCP, sanitary sewer and water piping systems using ductile iron and HDPE pipe. Ran various equipment to include lasers, diamond blade power saws, packers, operated JD sheeps foot compactor, rough terrain fork trucks, etc. as well as keeping time for a 10-man crew on a large apartment project. Addison was subcontracted to provide grading services to include grubbing, layout, and cut and fill, and underground utilities installation.
