CurrentEmployee Management:Promote the effective sales and cross sales of products and services at every opportunity by branch staff and on an individual basisMeet or exceed established branch sales goals by developing, implementing and monitoring branch strategic sales initiativesResponsible for setting individual/team sales and referral standards to be implemented with assistance from Supervisory StaffProvide career counseling and approve any staff developmental plan necessaryPrepare and conduct monthly staff performance observations for AVP of Retail ServicesProvide formal approval for all staff evaluations and disciplinary actionsResponsible for interviewing, selecting, and hiring specified branch positionsOverall responsibility for creative and efficient branch staffing and schedulingBranch Operations:Establish annual Metrics and other goals by working directly with the AVP of Retail ServicesConsistently meet or exceed individual goals Manage branch staffing budget/staying within goals establishedResponsible for meeting goals and communicating monthly Metric resultsSupervisory overrides and check approvals as neededFacilitate effective monthly Department DialogsFinal responsibility for overall operation of the branchDevelop and implement annual Branch Business plan and communicate marketing ideasMiscellaneous:Perform Notary Public and Medallion Signature Guarantees as needed.Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all necessary reports.
