Nathan MacFadyen is a technology integration and business solutions consultant who assists owners, executives, and stakeholders adopt new and innovative business processes using leading edge practices and technology to improve efficiency and profitability enterprise wide.Nathan specializes in business relationship and change management, implementing leading edge technology solutions for all aspects of the enterprise. His solutions are rooted in data analysis, Agile project management methodologies and 25 years of successful business relationship management across a broad range of organizations.An avid learner, with a pragmatic and visionary mindset, Nathan earned a Master of Science, Data Analytics from Canisius College in 2021. He attended Columbia School of Management and Rochester Institute of Technology’s Simon School of Business where he was awarded graduate certificates in business management and corporate financial management respectively. Nathan holds a BA, Media Studies from University of Buffalo and is a certified Scrum master. Of all his many accomplishments, he is most grateful for his two sons, that they are kind, respectful and creative young men, his marriage of 30 years, and that he still receives notes from past employers and employees thanking him for the role he’s played in their success. He spends his free time at the lake, boating, discovering new music and art, solving Sudoku puzzles, and engaging in deep hockey talk with his brother and boys.
